Phadcha Bamrungwong (Momo) is an internationally active trainer for traditional Thai massage and Thai warrior massage, breathwork and motivation coach, and trained beautician specializing in Asian anti-aging techniques for the face. Her training and further education in Thailand and Germany, as well as international advanced training courses, form the basis of her work. Momo combines traditional Thai bodywork, precise manual techniques, breathwork, and aesthetic facial techniques to create a personalized, holistic treatment of the highest standard.

Jenny is a highly qualified physiotherapist with 25 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She completed her studies in London, where she gained extensive knowledge and practical experience. She successfully ran her own practice in the UK for several years before moving to Switzerland in 2023. Jenny specializes in AACP Trigger Point Acupuncture and has advanced training in manual therapy as well as hip and knee preservation. Her approach combines manual treatments with a deep understanding of her patients to promote sustainable recovery and injury prevention. In her free time, Jenny enjoys the Swiss outdoors, paddling on Lake Zurich, and spending time with her husband, three daughters, and the family dog.
