Her expertise also extends to Pilates and Hypopressive Gymnastics. Diana knows how to combine exclusive techniques to meet the individual needs of her clients. She integrates deep tissue massages or gentle massages with precise stretches and myotensive techniques to offer a customized, holistic treatment at the highest level.

Jenny is a highly qualified physiotherapist with 25 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She completed her studies in London, where she gained extensive knowledge and practical experience. She successfully ran her own practice in the UK for several years before moving to Switzerland in 2023. Jenny specializes in AACP Trigger Point Acupuncture and has advanced training in manual therapy as well as hip and knee preservation. Her approach combines manual treatments with a deep understanding of her patients to promote sustainable recovery and injury prevention. In her free time, Jenny enjoys the Swiss outdoors, paddling on Lake Zurich, and spending time with her husband, three daughters, and the family dog.

Violetta Dalla Monta is an experienced massage therapist with a recognized professional certificate and 16 years of professional experience. She loves helping people with aches and pains and particularly appreciates the challenging and trusting environment that characterizes us.

Her services: Violetta Dalla Monta offers a variety of medical massage techniques, including trigger point massages, classic massages, colon massages, connective tissue massages, foot reflexology massages, electrotherapy, manual lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massages and therapeutic massages. Antonio's motto is: "From good movements we create good emotions". As a former amateur boxer and graduate of the University of Bologna (Bachelor in Movement Sciences and Master in Adapted and Preventive Movement Activity), Antonio recognized early on the importance of manual therapies for regeneration and performance enhancement. He obtained a diploma in massophysiotherapy and specialized in deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point massage and myofascial release techniques. Antonio takes an integrated approach: "The right input, pressure and traction can positively change the efficiency of the body."

For the past 16 years, he worked as a massage therapist and personal trainer in Hong Kong and the Middle East before moving to Zurich in 2023. Antonio speaks English, Spanish, Italian, German and a little Arabic.

First and foremost, Claudette loves food and believes that eating is one of life’s great pleasures. As a South African accustomed to an outdoor lifestyle, she is also passionate about health, well-being, and the ability to fully enjoy life. After more than 12 years of working in the financial industry in London and Zurich, Claudette retrained as a nutritional therapist. Her education enables her to take a multidisciplinary approach and tailor it to the individual needs of each person.
