Our fitness classes and personal training sessions take place in the exclusive private gym of the Mandarin Oriental Savoy Zurich, just a five-minute walk from our PhysioAesthetics practice.

At PhysioAesthetics, we take a holistic and forward-thinking approach to training, based on a deep understanding of each client’s individual needs, biomechanics, and goals. Our programs combine broad expertise across all relevant training methods and are complemented by medical and longevity testing, including InBody analysis, functional screening, and clinical diagnostics.

When needed, we enhance training plans with complementary therapies such as physiotherapy, massage, and nutrition coaching. In addition, we work with leading longevity clinics and experts in Zurich to provide access to an integrated network for advanced health and performance optimization.
